All the prices are indicated in euros and all taxes included. The value added tax is the one in force on the French territory. The prices applied are those shown on the site at the time of ordering.

Once your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation email end follow up with the shipping notifications and tracking number.

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate theses charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers.

Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

We are not responsible for packages that. Are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at INFO@BENGTPARIS.COM So that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.

The client has a lead-time of seven days starting with reception date to return the product(s) he has ordered (ART. L121-20 of French consumer LAW).

If the last day of the lead time is a Saturday, a Sunday or a Holiday, the lead-time is reported to the following business day.
Beyond this, BENGT PARIS reserves the right to refuse the return or the refund.

Exchange or store credit of the articles will only be accepted if the articles ordered are returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
